Bath Fitter, America’s leader in 1-day bathroom remodeling, is growing our installation team! We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Installer / Remodeling Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and is ready to build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to customer homes to complete professional installations


• Install bathtub liners, wall systems, fixtures, and trim


• Perform detailed finishing work, including caulking and sealing


• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site


• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and a great customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Carpentry and/or remodeling experience (required)


• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred


• Ability to lift heavy or awkward materials


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Valid driver’s license with a clean record


• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

Average earnings: $85,000+ per year
