What You’ll Do

• Perform residential, move-out, and deep cleanings

• Complete short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and detailed living spaces

• Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures

• Work independently or lead a small team when needed

• Ensure homes are cleaned thoroughly and consistently to SD Sparkle standards

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual (this is essential)

• Detail-oriented with pride in your work

• Physically able to clean for several hours

• Comfortable cleaning both occupied and vacant homes

• Able to follow instructions and use checklists

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — paid training is provided

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable vehicle

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
