Lead Cleaner

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Lead Technician Cleaner. . They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Pay rate starting $17.00/hr.

•  Provide leadership and direction to team members 
•  Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management 
•  Report performance issues to the Supervisor
•  Assist with the training of cleaning team
•  Coordinate work assignments 
•  Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules 
•  Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building 
•  Manage security of keys and access cards for the property 
•  Report work orders for maintenance
•  Makes sure premises are secured at all times 
•  Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
•  Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
•  Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building 
•  Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
•  Complete order forms completely and accurately
•  Coordinate equipment usage and inventories

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older     

• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required

Preferred:

•1 year of similar work experience 

• 1 year of customer service experience 

• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience 

• Valid Driver’s license
