ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Concierge to oversee daily Concierge and Front Desk operations in a luxury residential environment. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional resident experience while leading a professional concierge team with confidence, warmth, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a hospitality mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for personalized service.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, schedule, and support the Concierge team to ensure seamless coverage and service
Set and uphold high standards for resident and guest experience
Serve as a primary point of escalation for resident concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Maintain daily logs, reports, and resident information using BuildingLink or similar systems
Monitor building access, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and site leadership to support overall operations
Train and onboard new team members and lead by example.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
What You Need to Succeed:
3+ years of previous experience in concierge, hospitality, luxury residential, or hotel environments
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Comfort using email, phone systems, and resident management platforms (BuildingLink preferred)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond calmly in emergency situations
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
