Lead Cook

ECI Management Group is hiring Cooks and Kitchen Help for services for their operations near I-35E and I-20 in Dallas. ECI Management Group uses scratch cooking to prepare great food feeding our community.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:

• Ability to work quickly under pressure
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Prepare and cook food according to the recipe
• Quality standards

Using these qualities team members will:

• follow prep quantity requirements
• follow safety regulations
• keep a clean and sanitary work environment
• work with the Chef to produce great food
• lead kitchen operations in absence of chef

Shifts can vary from morning to evening depending on catering needs.
