Lead - Cremeria

Responsibilities:

· Trains, coaches, and monitors cremeria dispatchers on their job duties according to companys policies and procedures.

· Prepares cremeria products consistent in quality and appearance according to company guidelines and standards.

· Responsible for maintaining a presentable department image to our customers through a consistently clean and attractive department.

· responsible for smiling and greeting all customers while delivering extraordinary customer service and responds to customers requests, to meet the goals and objectives of the department.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years old

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· Willingness to learn

· Basic understanding of English and English language; A plus but not required.
