Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Lead Dentist in Cumming, Georgia.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead Provider opportunity within an established and growing private practice
• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services in a patient-centered setting
• Manage 2-3 operatories with dedicated clinical support staff
• Perform approximately 8-10 procedures daily
• Leadership autonomy with the ability to influence practice growth and operations
• Established patient base with continued growth opportunities

COMPENSATION
• Tiered Production Compensation Up To 36%

SCHEDULE
• Typically Monday-Thursday Schedule
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Four-Day Work Week
• No Weekends
• No Call Requirements
• No Major Holidays

ROLE
• Perform restorative, preventive, and comprehensive dental procedures
• Lead day-to-day clinical operations as the primary provider
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health
• Manage multiple operatories efficiently
• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to maximize patient outcomes
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while helping drive practice growth
