Leads the development and ongoing refinement of critical digital processes, identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.  Analyzes, verifies, tracks and enhances short- and long-term digital projects of various degrees of complexity, from the moderate to the substantial. Responsible for scoping and information-gathering efforts, working with cross-functional teams and interdepartmental partners to monitor, triage and resolve quality and performance issues across Northwell's customer-facing digital platforms.  Partners with internal and external stakeholders on sizing, scheduling and prioritizing business-critical enhancements. particularly as it relates to the automation of processes to drive scaled efficiencies.

 

Highly Preferred:

  • Strategic Digital Alignment: Demonstrated experience partnering with senior digital leadership to align website initiatives with broader organizational objectives and digital strategy, ensuring all web efforts drive measurable business value.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Proven ability to collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize both business and technical requirements for web features, enhancements, and third-party integrations.
  • User Story & Process Design Proficiency: Strong track record of developing clear, actionable user stories, well-defined acceptance criteria, and detailed process flows that effectively guide web development teams toward successful delivery.
  • Data-Driven Website Optimization: Experience analyzing website functionality, performance metrics, and user behavior patterns to identify actionable opportunities for improvement, including supporting A/B testing, personalization strategies, and accessibility compliance initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Governance & Compliance Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively across IT, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure all web projects adhere to organizational governance frameworks, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Agile Product Backlog Management: Demonstrated skill in managing and continuously refining a web product backlog — prioritizing work to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions that align with stakeholder expectations and business priorities.
  • Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Hands-on experience facilitating sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and requirements grooming ceremonies as an integral contributor within Agile development workflows.
  • Post-Launch Performance Measurement: Proven ability to monitor post-launch outcomes, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare comprehensive reports that clearly articulate the business impact of digital initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Business-Technical Liaison Expertise: Exceptional ability to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Digital Ecosystem Awareness: Broad understanding of modern web technologies, content management systems, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing platforms that enables informed, strategic decision-making in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

 

Job Responsibility

processes to drive scaled efficiencies.
2.Analyzes, verifies, tracks and enhances complex digital projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, particularly for long-term efforts with the
potential for major business impact.
3.Collaborates with senior professionals across the organization in the development of methods,
techniques and analytical approaches to digital channel operations.
4.Exercises considerable judgement for decision making on complex issues that impact the department, division and system; collects, analyzes and documents just-in-time and right-sized business requirements; translates into minimum viable product with minimal supervision by department leadership.
5.Documents epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, success metrics, and business
value.
6.Documents and communicates clearly and timely with customers on project status and issues.
7.Responds to business critical site defects on/off hours on a rotating schedule.
8.Makes quick and accurate decisions with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and flexible delivery environment, regularly operating with wide latitude in determining the appropriate approach.
9.Provides technical guidance and direction to members of the Digital Channel Operations team, associated contractors and vendors, including the checking and assigning of work to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks; regularly models/mentors/trains team members on
technical skills.

Job Qualification

1.Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
2.5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.

 

Highly Preferred:

• Proven    experience    working    on    large-scale    website    platforms    (Drupal,    Adobe    Experience    Manager,    
Sitecore,    or    similar    CMS).
• Familiarity    with    Agile/Scrum    methodologies    and    digital    analytics    tools    (e.g.,    Google    Analytics,    
Adobe    Analytics).
• Strong    understanding    of    user    experience    principles,    accessibility    standards    (WCAG),    and    responsive    
design.
• Exceptional    communication,    facilitation,    and    documentation    skills.
• Ability    to    manage    multiple    priorities    and    work    collaboratively    across    technical    and    business    teams.
