Lead Electrical Service Technician

Hoekstra Electrical Services is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our Industrial and Commercial Service team. With a team of more than 100 dedicated professionals, we pride ourselves on taking excellent care of our people. Our crews work with integrity, deliver high‑quality results, and can be counted on to get the job done right.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial/Commercial service experience


• Experience with equipment power and data drops


• Control wiring and troubleshooting skills


• VFD configuration and troubleshooting experience


• High attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude


• Ability to lead a crew of 2–3 team members


• Ability to review and interpret electrical plans


• A valid driver’s license and insurability


• Willingness to train and mentor the right candidate
