Lead Expert, Group Real Estate Workplace, Operational Excellence \n\nLocation: Princeton, NJ \n \nAre you ready to step into a role that\u0027s pivotal in shaping the future of dsm-firmenich real estate and workplace strategies? Join us as an Operational Excellence lead for Group Real Estate \u0026 Workplace (GREW). \n\nAs part of the GREW team, you will play a crucial role in helping build our future in North America. This is your chance to make a lasting impact on our organization and the way dsm-firmenich shapes the future of work.\n\nGREW is dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture focused on sustainability, responsibility, and strategic occupancy planning while continuing to strive for continuous improvement.\n\nYour Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Ensure all transition projects \u0026 change programs are well managed and executed in line with the operating priorities and key strategies developed by GREW to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness across non-industrial assets and services. \n * Work in close collaboration with members of the GREW \u0026 Procurement leadership team to co-ordinate delivery of all projects \u0026 programs working across GREW functional boundaries and regions to ensure the overall business goals of GREW are achieved \u200b\n * Implements and tracks the delivery of GREW lab services and solutions at the sites. Ensuring that Workplace KPI\u2019s are achieved, maintenance programs are in place, and that Safety Health Environmental (SHE) regulations and other compliance requirements (e.g., local government regulations, Security contractors) are executed and met. \n * \u200b\u200bBack up to workplace leads accountable for all services and performance delivered by our key partners in multiple soft services fields such as, on-site events, Restaurant \u0026 Catering offering, Security, Mobility, cleaning, etc. \u200bin their absence \n * Lead continuous improvement plans supporting better efficiency, performance and employee\u2019s experience. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant\u2019s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided.
