Job Description:
The onsite Lead, HR Business Partner supports a unionized Operations client group within our Maritime sector, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership and a key partner in labor relations, workforce planning, and organizational development. This role drives HR strategy, ensures contract compliance, and strengthens leadership capability in a highly regulated, mission‑critical environment.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $105,500.00- $196,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
