Lead HVAC Estimator in Menlo Park, CA

Responsibilities:

Review final bids for HVAC estimates

Build effective, profitable winning bids for current and upcoming projects

Mentor Jr/Mid-Level Estimators

Attend bid review meetings, and provide value engineering suggestions

Requirements:

7+ years of hvac experience

Local and stable work-history

Extensive CA HVAC Title 24, OSHPD, and ASHRAE knowledge

Plan & Spec, Design-Assist and Design/Build project experience

Advanced Quickpen/Trimble Accubid OST knowledge
