The Role

As an Instruction Lead & Brand Ambassador, you help people fall in love with golf and become the face of the experience. You will teach private lessons, group sessions, and multi-week clinics for students of every level, from first-time golfers to more advanced golfers sharpening their game. You will be an entrepreneur, helping set the foundations for an instruction program scaling nationwide. You will partner with our marketing team to create instruction content that builds excitement and turns our audience into your students. And you will be a cornerstone in the organizations's community, building strong relationships with customers on and off-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach engaging, high-quality lessons across formats: private one-on-ones, group sessions, and multi-week clinics.

  • Keep a consistent, reliable schedule, integrated with the organization's master lesson calendar and be fully present and prepared for every lesson.

  • Help stand up and grow new lesson formats such as women's clinics, junior programs, and social and coed formats as we expand.

  • Use shot-tracking technology (Toptracer / Trackman) to assess students, personalize instruction, and show measurable progress.

  • Deliver a welcoming, on-brand experience that turns first-time students into regulars.

  • Partner with your site's GM and team to keep the instruction program running smoothly.

  • Collaborate with marketing team to generate instruction content (videos, photography) for website, social media and on-site to create awareness of instruction offerings with customers.

  • Communicate on-time and in a professional manner with first-time and returning customers interested in taking lessons. 


Experience and Credentials

Required:


  • Local to, or willing to relocate to, one of our hiring markets (CT, AZ, TX, MO).

  • Demonstrated golf proficiency: competitive playing background or teaching experience.

  • Golf-obsessed with passion for teaching all levels (true beginners through advanced).

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.


Preferred (a plus, not required: 

  • Class A PGA of America or LPGA member in good standing.

  • Toptracer and / or Trackman experience (Glendale, AZ only).

  • Prior clinic or group-instruction experience.

  • Comfortable being on camera for marketing content.
