Lead Patient Care Coordinator - Primary Care

The Lead Patient Care Coordinator for Primary Care Enhanced Onboarding plays a pivotal role in shaping the first impression and long‑term success of our new caregivers. This role blends coaching and operational leadership to deliver a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience that accelerates confidence, competence, and connection to our culture. Serving as a subject‑matter expert and frontline mentor, the Lead PCC partners closely with clinic leaders and educators to reinforce best practices and bridge training from the classroom to real‑world clinic operations. • 5 years of Directly related experience in a medical office OR 3 years' experience as a Providence employee in a PCC position, preferably at the senior-level. Participate in 2 champion roles or 1 champion role, and a committee or council.
