Lead Patient Services Specialist - Orthopedics Surgery

The Patient Services Specialist – Lead Level provides leadership and operational support to the front-office team. This role performs all core functions while serving as an informal coach and resource to peers. The Lead is responsible for shift coordination, issue resolution, training, and championing key initiatives that align with clinic goals and patient care standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years Related experience in medical office or healthcare OR

• 3 years Providence employee in related position
