What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily HMA plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
• Coordinate plant activities, staffing, and workflow to meet quality and output goals.
• Monitor equipment performance and support troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Promote and uphold safety practices, environmental compliance, and operational standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and management to maintain smooth operations.

• Strong understanding of HMA plant processes, equipment, and production flow.
• Capability to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and make sound operational decisions.
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across roles and functions.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
