What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily portable crushing operations across multiple sites in Southeast PA
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot crushing and screening equipment
• Train, coach, and support crew members to drive strong team performance
• Conduct inspections and coordinate basic maintenance to minimize downtime

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead crews in heavy equipment or aggregate operations environments
• Strong working knowledge of crushing, screening, and material processing equipment
• Commitment to safety leadership and proactive hazard identification
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in dynamic, mobile work settings
• Ability to adapt to changing job sites, schedules, and operational priorities

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination
• Successful candidate must submit to drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
