As a Lead Physical Therapy Tech with OrthoArizona, you will get to:

Ensure smooth operation of the clinic.

Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.

Assist the lead physical therapist with inventory management, ordering, team scheduling, and finding additional coverage when employees are out.

Ensure department weekly hours are monitored, adjusted as needed, and controlled to ensure overtime abuse does not occur.

Distribute and monitor work activities.

Create and ensure completion of our tech tasks lists, such as cleaning, laundry, and all other things outside of direct patient care.

Assist therapists with ensuring compliance with our standards of conduct.

Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.

Ensure departmental goals are consistently met.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

6 months of tech experience (or any other applicable healthcare related experience)

No disciplinary action in the last 6 months.

College and/or formal leadership training preferred.
