A 50-year-old non-profit community health center is opening a new outpatient clinic in Rocklin, CA in early 2027 — expanding care to ~15,000 new patients — and is seeking a Lead Physician to anchor it. Practice family medicine and shape how the clinic runs: hiring input, workflows, quality standards, team culture. Start at the established Auburn clinic, then open Rocklin.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted CA license (or eligibility), current DEA
• Prior lead/supervising/medical-director experience preferred — or a strong clinician ready to step up
