Lead Residential Electrician

• Lead a small team of residential electricians to install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and service panels
  
• Read blueprints and schematics
  
• Perform electrical upgrades, remodel installations and new construction wiring
  
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
  
• Test electrical systems and components for safety and efficiency
  
• Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify problems and make repairs
  
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and contractors to explain issues, timelines, and recommend solutions
  
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Must have experience to lead a small team of residential electricians
  
• 3+ years of residential electrical experience (or equivalent apprenticeship)
  
• Strong knowledge of the NEC
  
• Ability to use electrical testing tools, hand tools, and power tools safely
  
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics/crawl spaces
