Lead SAP ISU Consultant

Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Job Description:-

• Atleast 1 full cycle SAP ISU implementation experience in the US for a large energy utility company

• Participate in legacy system discussions and identify systems that can be retired by SAP ISU functionality

• Lead workshops to capture As-Is business processes, conduct gap analysis, design the To-Be processes

• Lead discussions on data migration requirements and derive the conversion strategy

• Prepare blueprint and system design documentation

• Perform hands on SAP ISU system and conversion configuration including setting up EMIGALL configuration

• Create functional design documents for the gaps identified

• Create functional unit and integration test plans and test data

• Work with program managers to finalize the project plans

• Work in an onsite-offshore model to ensure work is delivered

• Mentor the consultants in the onsite-offshore team

Skills:-

• Strong overall knowledge of SAP ISU across all major sub-modules

• Ability to do analysis, conduct workshops, requirement gathering ,designing and configuring the solution

• Strong Analytical abilities, communication skills, Client Interfacing skills

Basic Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 11 years of work experience in Information Technology.
