Lead Service Sales Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician to handle service, diagnostic, and repair calls from initial arrival through completion. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to helping homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate system diagnostics to identify HVAC issues and clearly explain findings to homeowners.

• Serve as the lead technician on residential HVAC service and repair calls, managing each appointment from diagnosis through completion.

• Complete repairs with a high level of workmanship while maintaining a clean and respectful work environment in the customer's home.

• Speak with customers to understand their comfort concerns, priorities, and budget before recommending solutions.

• Present repair, maintenance, and system replacement options in a clear, professional, and pressure-free manner, allowing customers to choose the solution that best fits their needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, pricing, system findings, and customer communications.

• Support and mentor fellow technicians while maintaining strong communication with office staff, installation crews, and other members of the service team.

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend service calls.

Requirements

• Strong experience servicing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing residential HVAC systems.

• EPA Section 608 Certification.

• Current Texas ACR Technician Registration or applicable certification.

   

• Willingness to participate in a rotating weekend and after-hours on-call schedule.
