Lead, Site Operations

Position Summary

This position serves as a key point of contact for site operations and safety execution. Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse/site location.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, Product and Environmental company standards.

• Coordinate receiving, storage, handling and shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment via company-owned fleet or third-party carriers.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure cycle counts are performed to maintain accuracy per SCM standards

• Coordinate Sourcing activities with Sourcing Manager

• Maintain SCM order entry standards

Working Experience and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree a plus

• Minimum 5 years experience in Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain or Logistics

• 2-3 years in a leadership or management role

Competencies and Skills required

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite a plus)

• Strong Interpersonal skills

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to adapt rapidly to changes in work environment
