Lead Smoke Shop Cashier

Join Hard Rock Tulsa as a Lead Smoke Shop Cashier and be responsible for the efficient running of the smoke shop. The role requires a proactive approach, strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will lead and direct the cashier team. 

• Serve customers courteously and efficiently


• Manage and stock inventory


• Maintain the store's and stockroom's cleanliness


• Supervise and direct cashiers


• Ensure the store's shelves are well-organized and stocked


• Assist in hiring and performance decisions


• Operate the cash register


• Clean countertops, windows and floors

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Previous customer service and cash handling experience


• Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment


• Leadership and strong communication skills
