Job Description - Lead Software Engineer

We're working with a fast growing Tech Company in Orlando, FL to bring a talented Systems/Software Engineer to mentor and Manage the technical team. The offer is Hybrid, remote and in office. 


  • Provide technical sales support for BDMs and Account Managers

  • Enforce and execute all change controls

  • Execute service requests assigned via service desk

  • Resolve incidents escalated from the service desk or NOC

  • Perform problem management procedures

  • Maintain standard solutions

  • Ensure all engineers can implement standard solutions




Requirements

  • Must have at least 5yrs experience as a Lead Engineer. 
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering is REQUIRED. 
  • Experience supporting the technical team.
