Job Description:
The Senior Specialist, Program Management function provides support to Program and Portfolio managers with program tasks or managing follow on production programs and new development programs. As such, this program management role provides direction and Integrated Program Teams for the company. This role is also responsible for accomplishing program objectives by supporting the planning and assisting with the evaluation of program activities such as schedule review, production hardware tracking, and leading weekly IPT meetings. This role will require interactions with all core team members including engineering, quality, supply chain management, operations, program finance, and contracts. The Senior Specialist Program Management function is responsible for program budgets, cost reporting, coordination of resources, and customer interface under minimal supervision. In summary, this position is also expected to take a lead role in the execution of specific programs as defined by their manager. We are seeking a highly motivated, solution-oriented, and results driven individual.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $92K-$171K. For California, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $106-$197K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
