We are currently seeking a Lead Solar Installer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee solar installation projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor installation team members, providing guidance and training to promote professional growth.
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform site assessments and assist in designing system layouts to optimize solar energy production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company policies during installations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress to management in a timely manner.

• Proven experience as a solar installer with a minimum of 5 years in solar PV installation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of solar installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring, and relevant codes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and system specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
