THE JOB:

As a Lead Spa Receptionist at Aria, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. With your warm smile, approachable nature, and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming and seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for our guests’ visit. Your professionalism and dedication to maintaining a polished environment play a key role in upholding the high standards that define the Bellagio experience. THE STARTING RATE: $16.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment

• Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction

• Meet the demands of a fast‐paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi‐task

• Practice teamwork, create a positive work environment, greet fellow employees and thank them when they lend assistance

• Monitor the Call Center and Reception Desk for cleanliness and re‐organize as needed

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day

• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

• Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction

• Identify and report defects throughout the Spa and Salon; notify supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior relevant experience in guest service or spa experience is preferred

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 21 years of age or older
