Lead Systems Engineer

In this role, you will impact the successful execution of complex engineering projects by supporting the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components, while ensuring system designs align with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
• Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects
• Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
• Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally
• Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operations

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as, sciences, engineering, technology, or mathematics
• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership
• Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Strong expertise in designing and managing complex systems involving hardware, software, and network components
• Experience implementing security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
• Proficiency in system deployment, configuration, and performance optimization

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS 

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or an individual who has protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position is $133,000 - $166,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
