A Child's Place of McHenry is a licensed childcare center seeking Lead Teachers to support our 2-Year-Old classroom! 

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, 4/10s (4days/week, 10 hour days), 7:45am-6:00pm 

Compensation: $19 - $20/hour, based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain all aspects of the classroom.

• Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
• Operate as a team player.

• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
