The ideal candidate will:

• Understand age-appropriate early childhood behavior


• Know how to effectively manage a classroom


• Communicate professionally with parents, coworkers, and supervisors


• Follow all policies and procedures with consistency and care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a large group early childhood center working with 4 year old


• High school diploma or GED


• Ability to pass a drug screen


• Clean criminal background
