Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time hospital opportunity in Ottumwa, Iowa.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Practice at the top of your license in a clinically focused acute care environment
• Deliver direct patient-centered pharmaceutical care across multiple inpatient service lines
• Collaborate daily with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Lead medication stewardship, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives
• Help shape pharmacy practice while mentoring future pharmacists and PharmD students

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $111,089 - $155,525
• Sign-On Bonus Available
• Partial Relocation Assistance

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time Hospital Position
• Acute Care Clinical Practice

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services throughout the hospital
• Review medication therapy and recommend evidence-based treatment plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary patient care rounds
• Perform medication reconciliation and patient counseling
• Lead assigned clinical programs and therapeutic service lines
• Support antimicrobial stewardship and medication utilization initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance projects
• Precept PharmD students and contribute to staff education and practice advancement

• Licensed As A Registered Pharmacist In Iowa REQUIRED
• Graduate Of An Accredited College Of Pharmacy REQUIRED
• 2-4 Years Clinical Pharmacy Experience In A Hospital Setting REQUIRED
• PharmD Preferred
• ASHP Accredited PGY1 Residency Preferred
• BCPS Certification Preferred
• Strong Clinical Decision-Making Skills REQUIRED
• Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills REQUIRED
