What You’ll Do
As a leader, you’ll help create remarkable experiences for our guests and empower team members to operate at their full potential. You'll do this by:
- Welcoming and serving guests with a genuine warmth and hospitality
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and delivering food, drinks, and desserts
- Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming
- Being a coach, communicator, and team builder
- Championing the day-to-day success of the restaurant
- Achieving monthly and quarterly objectives
- Leading by example
- Leading shifts
- Stewarding money and cash management
- Maintaining facilities
No restaurant or leadership experience required. We’ll teach you the skills—you bring the positivity, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
