We’re opening a BRAND-NEW Chick-fil-A in Fitchburg, and we’re looking for adults who want to help build an incredible team and culture from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

As a leader, you’ll help create remarkable experiences for our guests and empower team members to operate at their full potential. You'll do this by:

• Welcoming and serving guests with a genuine warmth and hospitality
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and delivering food, drinks, and desserts
• Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming
• Being a coach, communicator, and team builder
• Championing the day-to-day success of the restaurant
• Achieving monthly and quarterly objectives
• Leading by example
• Leading shifts
• Stewarding money and cash management
• Maintaining facilities

No restaurant or leadership experience required. We’ll teach you the skills—you bring the positivity, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
