Requirements:

• Proven Leadership Experience History in Another Restaurant and/or Other Industry Role
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive work environment for everyone
• Coach, Teach, and Train Team Members on policies and procedures
• Maintain personal knowledge of Chick-fil-A standards from training, stay up-to-date on in-house communications, initiate communications with team personnel to ensure compliance.
• Work in both Front of House and Kitchen Roles to serve guests with excellence
• Create Emotional Connections with guests
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Open and/or Close the Restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
• Identify and mobilize solutions for process execution gaps and/or areas that need attention
• Use technology to place orders, give feedback, troubleshoot problems, and support restaurant operations
