Job Description - Lead/Manager - Selenium Tester - Lead Selenium

This position involves taking a leadership role in the software testing process and managing a team responsible for test automation. The Lead/Manager will collaborate with product teams to develop a test automation solution, create a standard framework for various testing types, and ensure appropriate test environments are in place. They will be responsible for evaluating and recommending new testing tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality. The role requires strong technical skills in Java, Selenium, Rest, and API testing, as well as experience in web application QA.
