OVERVIEW
A luxury, fully furnished apartment community in the heart of Los Angeles is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Advisor to help drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced leasing team at a high-end, hospitality-driven property featuring 149 rentable spaces.
Ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment, this role combines relationship building, leasing, and customer service while working with a premium residential community.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Guide prospective residents through the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in.
● Conduct engaging property tours and showcase the community’s luxury amenities and lifestyle.
● Build and maintain a strong leasing pipeline through follow-up and relationship management.
● Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate move-ins.
● Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
● Deliver a high-touch customer experience that reflects the community’s luxury brand.
● Maintain accurate leasing records and CRM activity.
● Collaborate with onsite management to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
● Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
● Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.

 WHAT IT TAKES
● 1–3+ years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
● Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred.
● Luxury apartment or student housing experience is a plus.
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
● Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
● Familiarity with Entrata, Yardi, or similar property management software is preferred.
