Leasing Agent – Apartments | $18–$24/hr + Perks

Location: Springfield, OR (Marcola Apartment Homes)
Schedule: Full-Time | Friday–Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Tour prospective residents and showcase the community
• Guide applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals
• Process applications and maintain accurate resident files
• Track leads and support leasing and marketing efforts
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns
• Inspect model units, tour paths, and common areas
• Support outreach and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, professional leasing office and environment

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Lease-up experience a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems)
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Marcola Apartment Homes is a brand-new 312-unit community in Springfield, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lease-up team and help build a vibrant resident community from the ground up.

Physical Requirements

Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
