We're looking for a Leasing and Hospitality Specialist who understands that hospitality is more than a mindset. It's the foundation of everything we do.

As a Leasing and Hospitality Specialist, you'll be a welcoming face across several of our South Bay communities. You'll connect with prospective residents, showcase each property with confidence, and guide people through a seamless, thoughtful leasing experience. As a member of our multi-site leasing team, you'll support communities throughout the region, adapting to each property's needs while delivering the same high standard of service everywhere you go. You'll work closely with our Leasing Manager and on-site teams who share your passion for service excellence.

What You'll Do

Create Exceptional Experiences

• Deliver responsive, personable, and professional service to every prospect, whether in person, by phone, or online


• Conduct memorable tours, follow up promptly, and make sure every prospect feels welcomed and valued


• Guide applicants through the leasing process with clarity, care, and a hospitality-first approach

Support Leasing Success Across the Region

• Provide leasing coverage and support at multiple communities throughout the South Bay, based on each property's needs


• Respond to leads quickly and consistently to help drive tours, applications, and move-ins


• Keep prospect and applicant information accurate and up to date in Entrata


• Stay knowledgeable about each community's floor plans, pricing, specials, amenities, and neighborhood

Champion Hospitality in Every Detail

• Make sure the leasing office, model units, and tour paths are always warm, welcoming, and perfectly presented


• Respond to prospective resident questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy, and escalate when needed


• Help build our online reputation by encouraging positive reviews from new and current residents


• Participate in marketing initiatives and help with community engagement events

Who You Are

• A true hospitality professional: approachable, detail-oriented, and service-minded


• A confident communicator with strong follow-up skills and a solutions-focused attitude


• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working at different properties and adjusting to each team's rhythm


• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Experienced in multifamily leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality (1+ year preferred)


• Comfortable with property management software (Entrata a plus!) and CRM tools


• Has reliable transportation for travel between South Bay communities
