Leasing & Resident Services Consultant

The Park at Franklin, a 648-unit apartment community in Somerset, NJ, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing & Resident Services Consultant to join our team.

This position plays a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience while supporting the property's leasing and operational goals. The Leasing & Resident Services Consultant is responsible for apartment leasing, resident relations, and providing outstanding service to current and prospective residents. A strong team spirit and willingness to support the entire property team are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the apartment leasing process, from prospect follow-up through move-in.


• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with residents, applicants, vendors, associates, and company representatives.


• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address resident questions and concerns.


• Maintain awareness of property performance goals, including occupancy, leasing activity, and closing ratios, and actively contribute to achieving those goals.


• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and team regarding apartment availability, resident activities, leasing activity, and opportunities to improve property performance.


• Conduct property and apartment tours and effectively communicate community amenities, features, and services.


• Generate purchase orders (POs) and assist with invoice processing.


• Enter and follow up on maintenance service requests as needed.


• Maintain accurate records and ensure leasing and resident information is current.


• Support property events, resident activities, and other initiatives that enhance the resident experience.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure the community is maintained and presented at the highest level.
