• Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments
• Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings
• Conduct and report market surveys
• Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements
• Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms
• Assist with resident retention and engagement programs

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ year in Multi-Family Housing Industry strongly preferred
• Yardi/CRM IQ familiarity strongly preferred
• Strong sales mentality- ability to close and secure the lease
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents
• Willingness to complete online training courses
• Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month
