What does a Leasing do?

As a Full-Time Leasing Associate at Price Edwards & Company, your role will be pivotal in supporting the operations of our tax-credit community. You will assist in managing activities related to the maintenance and functioning of our facilities while directly engaging with prospective residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include showcasing apartments, following up with interested applicants, and ensuring a seamless application process by preparing move-in packets. Additionally, you will be responsible for scanning and managing leases, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.
