Move-In & Move-Out Coordination: Coordinate move-in and move-out logistics and conduct unit inspections, including move-in, move-out, and periodic property walks.
Resident Champion: Serve as the main point of contact for residents, greeting visitors and residents with a warm, professional rapport and responding to concerns, questions, and requests to keep residents satisfied and renewing.
Front Desk Hub: Provide front-desk coverage, including accepting, organizing, and maintaining the package room, and keeping the community coffee machine and related supplies in order.
Maintenance Liaison: Initiate maintenance and repair requests for your assigned properties and accompany vendors to resident spaces as needed.
Relationship Builder: Help coordinate resident functions and community programs, and maintain positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, and the corporate office.
Improve the Properties: Stay alert while on site, address what you can on the spot, and recommend improvements to appearance, efficiency, and effectiveness across our communities.
Team Player: Support our continued growth by performing other related duties as assigned and contributing to the overall mission of the company.
You Have
