The Opportunity

In this dual-impact role, you will bridge the gap between legal assistant and paralegal duties, serving as a critical backbone to our litigation team. Working with a high degree of independence, you will manage complex cases, oversee critical timelines, and ensure our practice runs like a well-oiled machine.

• Master the Workflow: Manage comprehensive legal assistant and paralegal responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  


• Own the Calendar: Spearhead strict legal calendaring and critical deadline tracking.
  


• Drive Court Filings: Execute flawless legal filings in accordance with up-to-date civil procedure.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Experience: 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in a legal environment (litigation experience is highly valued).
  


• Technical Expertise: Exceptional, rock-solid knowledge of civil procedure, legal calendaring, and filing systems.
  


• Mindset: An ultra-detail-oriented professional who thrives when given the autonomy to work independently.
  


• Credentials: A Paralegal Certificate is preferred, but equivalent stellar experience is absolutely welcome.
