Our teams include EMTs, Paramedics, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Mental Health Counselors, and other healthcare professionals who support the unique needs of each jobsite.

Position Summary

The Level 1 Territory Manager is a field-based management position responsible for Overseeing all aspects of operation for on-site occupational medical clinics on construction sites throughout an assigned territory.  Primar functions include project st set-up, training staff, maintain the site for the duration and closing site when project complete.  Extensive travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

The Territory Manager provides clinical and operational support, helps maintain continuity of services, reinforces MMC standards, and serves as a professional representative of MMC while working alongside site teams and client contacts.

Travel may involve overnight stays and may be requested with limited notice, including same-day or next-day travel, based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Set-up Project
•    Review of all contract details from the sales dept
•    Meeting the client team
•    Assist with recruiting and interviewing staff
•    Order supplies
•    Training new staff
•    Create project sheet for the site to collect time

Maintain Project and Staff

• Project sheet signed by project representative


• Approve employee’s weekly payroll


• Manage staffing and shift changes


• Perform site audits for compliance


• Client engagement and development


• Regular communication with the client


• Participating in site initiatives; Construction Safety Week, Suicide Prevention Week, Construction Inclusion Week


• Manage employee conflict


• Performance evaluations and coaching


• Weekly supply ordering


• Performing CPR, Mental Health First Aid, and other training courses


• Travel to jobsites is required to provide immediate coverage and support, site audits, and client engagement.

Closing

• Scheduling a project closing meeting


• Develop Completion Reports


• Manage inventory return


• Closing meeting with Client Representatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse.


• Candidates applying through the Paramedic track must maintain a current National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification.


• Minimum 3 years of occupational health experience.


• OSHA-30 certification.


• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing construction-site environments.


• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory.

Work Environment

This position regularly works in active construction-site environments and may require walking, standing, working outdoors, and responding to changing site conditions. Travel, including overnight stays, is an essential function of the position.
