SIKKY MANUFACTURING is a leading automotive manufacturing company that specializes in high-performance parts and accessories. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented License Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a License Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary licenses and permits are obtained and maintained for the company's operations. This includes researching and obtaining all required licenses, permits, and registrations from local, state, and federal agencies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and registrations from local, state, and federal agencies

- Maintain accurate records of all licenses, permits, and registrations

- Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws related to licenses and permits

- Communicate with government agencies to ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits

- Monitor changes in regulations and laws related to licenses and permits and update company policies accordingly

- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and inspections

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all necessary licenses and permits are obtained for new projects or expansions

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in licensing requirements

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience as a License Clerk or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of local, state, and federal licensing requirements and regulations

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
