Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented License Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a License Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits required for our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and maintain all necessary licenses and permits required for our business operations

- Review and update license information to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

- Communicate with government agencies and other entities to obtain necessary licenses and permits

- Keep accurate records of all license and permit information

- Monitor and track expiration dates and renewals of licenses and permits

- Assist with any necessary audits or inspections related to licensing and permitting

- Work closely with other departments to ensure all necessary licenses and permits are obtained in a timely manner

- Stay up-to-date on any changes in licensing and permitting requirements

- Provide support to other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Familiarity with licensing and permitting processes and regulations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
