A medspa in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a talented Licensed Aesthetician with Georgia Laser Certification (Assistant or Senior Laser Practitioner) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for aesthetics and helping people look and feel their best, developing customized and comprehensive treatment plans focused on achieving the best results.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is an experienced aesthetic provider who is confident performing clinical skincare services and cosmetic laser treatments while delivering a 5-star patient experience. You will work in collaboration with our medical director and other providers to offer safe, effective aesthetic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform clinical aesthetic services including HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, radiofrequency microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, and laser skin resurfacing treatments.

  Maintain accurate treatment notes and ensure proper charting within EMR
  

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients on skincare, aftercare, treatment plans, and product recommendations
  

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with other providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to all Georgia cosmetic laser regulations
  

  
  


• 
  

  Upsell / cross-sell treatment plans, packages, skincare products, and memberships
  

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and practice events
  
  

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Georgia Licensed Aesthetician
  

  
  


• 
  

  Georgia Assistant or Senior Laser Practitioner License required (GCMB-issued)
  

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1–2 years of experience performing aesthetic treatments in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of skin conditions, medical-grade skincare, and device safety
  

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, rapport-building, professionalism, and patient-focused mindset
  

  
  


• 
  

  Comfort with sales, treatment planning, and building long-term patient relationships
  

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with multiple energy-based or laser platforms (e.g., hair removal, IPL, non-ablative resurfacing) (will provide additional training if necessary)

  Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation
