Job Overview

Alnahi Insurance Agency, a AAA affiliate, is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our in-office sales team as a Licensed Auto & Home Insurance Agent.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role focused on quoting and closing auto and home insurance policies. Agents are supported with inbound opportunities, live transfers, and dedicated dialers actively connecting qualified prospects throughout the day.

We are looking for individuals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable handling back-to-back calls while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell auto and home insurance policies

• Handle inbound calls and live transfers

• Follow up with interested prospects and existing leads

• Educate customers on coverage options and savings opportunities

• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate

• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

• Provide a professional customer experience

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred

• Insurance sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and objection-handling skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

• Motivated, dependable, and goal-driven

• Ability to work in-office full-time

$40,000 – $150,000+ per year
