Job Description - Licensed Child & Family Therapist

Our therapists are supported with consistent referrals, strong administrative systems, and a collaborative environment so they can focus on what matters most—providing high-quality care.
We’re currently hiring therapists (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, or LCPC) who are passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families and are looking to grow within a thoughtful, values-driven practice.

Compensation
$55–$100 per clinical session (based on licensure)
Clinicians who maintain consistent availability and build a full caseload can earn toward the higher end of this range
Schedule & Caseload
Build and maintain a caseload of at least 16 clients per week
Opportunity to grow toward a full caseload of 22–25 clients per week over time
Availability required during:
Evenings (4–7 PM) and/or
Weekends
Documentation completed within 24–48 hours

Enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families
Wants structure and support, while maintaining autonomy
Is organized, reliable, and able to manage their own schedule
Is interested in growing clinically (play therapy, expressive work, etc.)
Preferred Experience
Play therapy
Expressive arts therapy
Trauma-informed or mind-body approaches
About Resilient Child Therapy Institute
We are a pediatric-focused group practice serving children, teens, and families through play therapy, expressive arts, and mind-body approaches.
Our work is rooted in creating safe, culturally responsive spaces where clients can heal, grow, and build resilience.
Active Maryland license: LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, or LCPC
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Strong communication and organizational skills
Hybrid model (in-person + telehealth)
Competitive compensation: $70–$100 per clinical session for LCSW-C and LCPC (For LMSW or LGPC = $55-85 per session)
$300 yearly stipend for outside training
Consistent referrals to help you build and maintain a full caseload
Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client coordination
Ongoing training, mentorship, and consultation
Supportive, collaborative team culture rooted in authenticity and cultural responsiveness
