Licensed Child & Family Therapist (Evening/Weekend Availability Required)

Schedule & Availability

This role offers autonomy in managing your schedule, with the expectation that clinicians are available during high-demand hours.

• Required availability during:
• Evenings (4–7pm) and/or
• Weekends
• Ability to build and maintain a 22–25 client caseload

Expectations

• Maintain a caseload of 22–25 clients per week
• Complete documentation in a timely and consistent manner
• Communicate effectively with the team and follow established workflows
• Adhere to practice policies around scheduling, payment, and client care

Preferred Clinical Interests

• Play therapy
• Expressive arts therapy
• Mind-body or holistic approaches

• Active LCPC, LCSW-C, LMSW or LGPC license (Maryland)
  (DC and/or VA licensure is a plus)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Strong clinical foundation and willingness to grow

• Hybrid model (in-person + telehealth)
• Competitive compensation: $70–$100 per clinical session for LCSW-C and LCPC (For LMSW or LGPC = $55-85 per session)
• Consistent referrals to help you build and maintain a full caseload
• Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client coordination
